Individual Intensive Program
A Personalized Intensive Trauma Recovery Experience
We use many different therapies as needed but the main therapies are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment Therapy, and Relational Therapy.
Clients receive treatment for as many days as they need. Each day provides 3-5 hours of individual therapy with a trained and specialized trauma therapist.
You're not alone.
Group Therapy can be a useful tool for helping someone overcome their trauma. Understanding that you’re not alone in your battle and sharing the fight with other people has shown to be very beneficial for certain individuals. At 11th Hour we tailor each group to the people in it to ensure the best chance of success and the greatest amount of healing possible.
PTSD and Trauma
PTSD impacts all aspects of life.
People who experience PTSD may continue to feel afraid or anxious long after the danger is no longer present. Symptoms from trauma can affect concentration, sleep, ability to control emotions, physical health, addiction behaviors, thereby impacting relationships, work, and all aspects of life.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a well-established and widely recognized therapeutic approach that has emerged as one of the most effective treatments for individuals struggling with the effects of trauma.
